About Me
-
I’m a leadership coach, HR, Organisational Development and Communications Director, and a mother of two, based in London. I believe that the coaching relationship can only create a space safe enough if there is trust, openness and connection. In the discovery call, we can have a conversation about how we could work together, but in the meantime I’d like to share a little bit more about myself.
I am someone who spends time reflecting and always striving to improve. I run, and this time gives me space to think and reflect. I search for wonder in my day-to-day life, through hobbies such as reading fantasy and sci-fi, stargazing and astrophotography, and writing. As an introvert, I recharge with solitude but also cherish my close relationships. I am a feminist and work hard building a partnership with my husband to create a home our children can thrive in.
Professionally, I enjoy helping people, teams and organisations develop and succeed. I work with individuals in senior and leadership roles who juggle responsibilities, complex people dynamics, and a life outside work that matters just as much.
Together, we can design a new way of thinking to help you get to where you want to be, or change the path entirely.

My coaching is calm, honest and quietly challenging.
I bring years of experience in HR, organisational development and executive coaching, so our conversations go beyond surface‑level goals. We’ll look at the system you operate in and the practical steps that will make the biggest difference. You can expect thoughtful questions, evidence‑informed tools and a space where you don’t have to perform – just be fully yourself.
