Questions and Answers
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused — we're working on where you want to go, not working through the past. I'm not a therapist and this isn't a therapeutic service. If something comes up that feels like it needs deeper psychological support, I'll be honest and tell you.
I'm not sure I'm senior enough for executive coaching. Is it right for me?
You don't have to be in the C-suite to benefit from coaching. I work with women at all stages of leadership — from those just stepping into management to those operating at the most senior levels. What matters most is that you're ready to invest time in reflection and change.
What if I have to cancel a session?
Life happens. I ask for 48 hours' notice where possible so we can find another time. Missed sessions without notice can't usually be rescheduled within the same programme, but we'll always work pragmatically together.
How do I know coaching will actually work?
Coaching works when you're genuinely committed to the process and open to exploring your own thinking and behaviour. It isn't a quick fix — but for the right person at the right time, it can be genuinely transformative. The discovery call is exactly where we figure out whether that's you, right now.
What does a session actually look like?
Sessions are 60 minutes, online, and shaped entirely by you. There's no set agenda — we work on what's most relevant and pertinent for you right now. I'll ask questions, offer observations, and occasionally share frameworks or tools where they're useful. You'll leave with something to think about, or something to try.
What are your fees?
My standard three-month individual coaching package is priced at £1,200 for 6 one-hour coaching sessions. Organisational and bespoke arrangements are quoted individually. I'm transparent about pricing on the discovery call so there are no surprises. If you're not sure whether this is within reach, let's talk — I'd rather have that conversation than have cost be a silent barrier
