For individual leadership coaching, I typically work with clients over 3 months.

A three-month coaching partnership includes:

• Six 60-minute online coaching sessions, usually held fortnightly.

• Goals agreed together at the start, with space to adapt as your priorities evolve.

• Email check-ins between sessions, within agreed boundaries.

Before committing, we’ll have a free 30-minute discovery call to explore what you need and whether we would work well together.
